Congratulations Alejandra!

Jorge and Maria Medina proudly celebrated the Quinceanera of there lovely daughter Alejandra this weekend. Miss Medina was blessed at Saint Francis of Assisi Church in Cartersville. A reception followed at Taylor Farm Pavilion.

For those of you that are not familiar with the celebration of Quinceanera, it is the celebration of a girl’s fifteenth birthday. The birthday is celebrated differently from any other birthday, as it marks the transition from childhood to young womanhood.

All of us at Pentagon Properties are proud of Alejandra and being a witness to this event was a joy!

In 1981 the Roane’s, Boyd and Spencer, entered the field of real estate with the acquisition of an apartment complex in south Atlanta. In 1983 they purchased a second complex. In 1984 they sold both apartment complexes and purchased their first two land lease communities (aka mobile home parks) in Atlanta and Emerson, Georgia. They acquired 2 more land lease communities in Carrollton, Georgia in 1987 and in El Campo, Texas in 1999, thus creating the core of Pentagon Properties. Today about 450 families are proud to call our four well-maintained and carefully managed mobile home communities their home. These four communities also provide employment for 14 full-time team members. Pentagon Properties continues to grow through our commitment to operate on the principles of land lease lifestyle and affordable living for all its residents.
