Even though we are within the city limits, there is a country atmosphere. We really enjoy sitting on our screened in porch at night feeling the breeze blow in. The manager, Joe, is awesome. He works hard to keep the community neat and clean. He answers all calls regardless of the day or time, and puts forth his full effort to resolve the situation.

It’s very quiet and peaceful here. Joe is always making sure the place is clean and yards are always mowed. What I like is that I am able to walk at night around the community and I feel safe. Whenever there are problems I know that Joe will take care of them right away.
