No. Central MH Village is a homeownership community. We do not offer rentals.
Do you have any homes available?
Not at this time. We are currently full for manufactured home placements.
Do you have space for my RV?
Possibly. RV spaces may become available depending on size and site availability.
Please email your RV model type and measurements to angela@roane.com, and we will review placement options when space becomes available.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. We use PetScreening.com to manage pet registrations and ensure compliance with our community pet policy.

Do you offer seller financing?
We offer a Lease-Option program as an alternative path to homeownership for qualified applicants.
What is the monthly lot rent?
Lot rent starts at $802 per month.
