⚠️ Consumer Alert: Fake Facebook Listings for Central MH Village
We have recently been made aware of a fake real estate agent account on Facebook pretending to represent Central MH Village.
This page is messaging people about homes and Lease-Option terms and then asking for a $500 “viewing fee.”
Please be aware:
• Central MH Village does NOT have any homes currently available.
• We have NEVER charged — and will NEVER charge — a fee to view a home.
• We do NOT conduct sales conversations through Facebook Messenger.
If anyone asks you to send money to view a home at Central MH Village, it is a scam.
We have reported the page to Facebook and the appropriate authorities.
