Create and Access a Tenant Web Access Account

You can now view your monthly statements and pay your monthly lot rental and Lease-Option payment directly online.

IMPORTANT: YOU NEED TO CREATE 2 LOGINS. One for the LOT RENTAL ( option BRI) and one for the LEASE-OPTION (option PPI).

This will help you with keeping track of your payments to us. It is also a convenient and secure way to  forward them to us from the comfort of your home or on-the-go from your phone or handheld device.

Monthly Lot Rental

Sign Up

FIRST You must SIGN UP and create an account
The steps are outlined below:

  1. You will need to call the community management office to obtain your account number and to provide a valid email address and phone number.
  2. Click on the button below to reach the LOT RENTAL (BRI) Tenant Web Access sign up page.
  3. Please provide all the information required (account #, email address and phone number) and click on the button “Sign Up”
  4. You will now receive an email from Rent Manager (our accounting software). You will need to click on the blue button “Finalize” to complete the signing up process.
  5. Select a password and re-confirm it.
  6. You are all set! Your new username is your email address. Please keep track of the password.
Login

Login to view your Lot Rental statements and/or pay online.
The steps are outlined below:

  1. Click on the button below and select the location LOT RENTAL (BRI) in the drop down menu in the Tenant Web Access page.
  2. Please provide your Username (your registered email address) and the password then click on the button “Login”
  3. You will now have access to your lot rental statements, water invoices.
  4. You can pay online if you wish but there will be additional fees applied by Rent Manager (our accounting software) for this process.

Lease – Option
