How long does it take you to make $250?  For Mrs Ramos it was as simple as telling a friend about the community she resides.  Choosing your neighbors is a privilege we all would like to have, but being paid for it is a real blessing.  So maybe you are asking yourself why we do this?  Well it’s real simple, happy residents refer good friends that become good residents.  How many times can you do this?  As many as you want! Four residents add up to $1,000.  To participate in the program just stop by the office and grab a form from the manager.
