Monthly Early Bird Raffle

      Attention Residents! If you make your lot rent (1st) and house payment (10th) on time then you qualify for our “Monthly Early Bird Raffle”

TO SEE IF YOU ARE ONE OF OUR LUCKY $100 WINNERS JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

Go to www.pentagonhomes.biz

  1. Choose the tab at the top that says; “Blog/News” then your community then “Residents Comments”.
  2. Choose the current event TITLE that says ” See what people are saying about this community“
  3. At the bottom where it says LEAVE A REPLY, enter a comment about your experience as a resident  in your community, along with your name and lot number. ONE PER HOUSEHOLD.
  4. These names will be put into a hat and a name drawn at the main office
  5. Comments accepted for Lot rent are due on the 1st by midnight!!!
  6. Comments accepted for House Payment are due
    on the 10th by midnight!!!!!
  7. Resident names will be combined from all four properties and one winner for lot rent and one winner for house payment will be drawn.

Si usted hace el; pago de su lote antes o para el  (1ro) y el pago de la casaantes o para el  (10) usted calificara para nuestro “sorteo mensual de Early Bird”

PARA ver si eres uno de nuestros afortunados $100 ganadores sólo tienes que seguir las siguientes instrucciones:

1-   Haga click en la barra de la parte superior que dice “Blog/Notocias”, luego click en su comunidad; click en “ Residents comments”

2-   En la parte inferior click en “see what people are saying about this community”

3-   En la parte inferior donde dice “leave a reply” escriba lo que usted quiera decir acerca de su experiencia viviendo en esta comunidad ; register su nombre y el numero del  lote. Haga una por casa.

4-   Los nombres que participen se colocaran en un sombrero y  la oficina  escojera uno al azar.

5-   Los comentarios que se hagan durante el pago de la renta del lote se aceptaran hasta la medianoche del dia 1st.

6-   Los comentarios que se hagan durante el pago de la casa se aceptaran hasta la medianoche del dia 10. 7-   El sorteo se hara al mismo tiempo para las cuatro propiedades y solo se sacara un ganador para la renta del lote y uno para el pago de la casa.
