IMPORTANT NOTICE
TO: ALL RESIDENTS
This is a reminder that the rent and community rules remain unchanged:
Lot Rent & Lease Option Payments
- Lot rent is due on the 1st of each month. If not paid by the 5th, water meters will be pulled and service will not be reconnected until payment is made in full.
- Lease option payments are due on the 10th of each month. If payment is not received by the 15th, eviction proceedings will be filed.
- If you need an extension, you must come to the office to sign an agreement. If payment is not made as agreed, your meter will be pulled.
Lot & Home Maintenance
Residents are responsible for keeping their lots and homes clean and orderly. Yard maintenance is required. Community inspections will begin shortly, and 30-day notices will be issued to those not in compliance with community rules and regulations.
Trailers
Utility and boxed trailers are not permitted in the community. Any such trailers must be removed immediately. Failure to do so will result in a fine.
Parking
Each lot is limited to two parking spaces. Vehicles may not be parked on the roadway or streets. Beginning immediately, vehicles parked improperly will be towed. This is essential to ensure emergency vehicles can pass through the community.
